Enter One way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep to the right side to town centre. After passing the Post Office (right) filter left into Lumley Road. Proceed to the Clock Tower and turn right at Clock Tower roundabout into South Parade (promenade). Proceed south, taking the second right tuning into Barbara Road (just before the end of the promenade). Proceed straight over the staggered junction at Drummomd Road into Saxby Avenue. Ivernia Hotel is about 100 yards on the left

After Football Ground pass straight over traffic lights into Castleton Boulevard. At the Sun Castle turn right into North Parade (promenade). At Clock Tower roundabout proceed straight on into South Parade (promenade). Proceed south, taking the second right tuning into Barbara Road (just before the end of the promenade). Proceed straight over the staggered junction at Drummomd Road into Saxby Avenue. Ivernia Hotel is about 100 yards on the left.

Leaving the coach / railway station keep right, turning right into Richmond Drive.
Cross the road (pelican crossings) and turn right. Walk to traffic lights and turn left into Sandbeck Avenue.
Take the fourth turning on the right into Firbeck Avenue. Proceed to the cross roads with Saxby Avenue and turn left.

Ivernia is on the immediate right hand side.
